SUMMER SIZZLER PUSH/PULL COMPETITIONSATURDAY, JUNE 6, 2026
We would like to invite you to our first annual Summer Sizzler Push/Pull event!
This push/pull competition is open to lifters of all experience and a great way to try out lifting on a platform in front of a crowd of friends and fellow lifters. Please pre-register so we can offer you an organized and fun event!
This event will be held outdoors at BrickHouse (weather permitting)! Bring your lawn chairs!

Registration and weigh ins begin at 7am (see also optional weigh in time below)
Rules meeting at 9:30am (all lifters must attend!)
Bench Press starts at 10am
Deadlift starts at 12pm
