As our Youth Orchestra prepares for their international tour to Prague, Munich, and Vienna, we are sending them off in style with our biennial Bon Voyage performance! Please join us for a pre-concert reception at 5pm followed by a performance at 7pm by the Youth Orchestra of works by Nielsen, Schubert, Dett, Coleridge-Taylor, and Walker.As a reminder, admission to this performance is completely free. Donations are appreciated and will go toward the Lyn McLain Memorial Fund, which will ensure that our summer international tours are available for future Youth Orchestra students.
Our 2024 Bon Voyage Concert is dedicated to DCYOP alumni, who continue to inspire us as we keep making beautiful music, building our community, and honoring DCYOP’s late founder Lyn McLain’s legacy.
