About this Event
We will spend the class learning a routine to a Bollywood song and exploring a fun fusion of Bollywood and hip hop dance, which blend together nicely as Bollywood is often a mix of many different styles and movements. This class will be intermediate level. All dancers, both those seasoned and new to Bollywood dance, are welcome- most importantly, the class will be all about having fun and enjoying the moment!
About Radhika Kalra: Radhika has been dancing for almost her whole life, having being trained in both Bharatanatyam and Bollywood since a young age, and in various hip hop styles over the years. Radhika's passion for dance led her to creating and choreographing for a Bollywood dance club at her university in Canada, and later co-creating an independent dance team which taught classes around the city. Radhika enjoys staying active on her Youtube channel, where she explores fusing styles together in unique ways and bringing these visions onto the camera. Besides that, you can catch her dancing whenever and wherever she hears music!
