Boldly Balanced Spokane

Boldly Balanced Spokane is a community-centered wellness event designed to support both mental health and overall well-being.

Hosted by NAMI Spokane in partnership with Eclipse Power Yoga and generously sponsored by Spokane County, this free event invites individuals of all experience levels to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Participants can enjoy a variety of accessible and restorative activities, including:

• Somatic Yoga
• Vinyasa Flow
• Sound Bath Experience

In addition to movement and mindfulness, attendees can explore creative and community-building activities like rock painting and yoga mat decorating, offering space for self-expression and relaxation.

The event will also feature a resource table with local service providers, making it easy to connect with organizations that support mental health and substance use recovery in Spokane.

To round out the experience, participants can enter to win raffle giveaways throughout the event.
