About this Event

Join us for an exclusive evening of conversation and inspiration with bold and brilliant women leading the way in creativity, business, health and wellbeing.

The Dianne Oxberry Trust has proudly partnered with MediaCity and John Lewis to bring you a stellar line-up of women from the world of media, health and wellbeing to share their insights and advice on how to regain control of your health, destiny and life during complex times.

Hosted by the brilliant presenter Kay Crewdson, you will hear first-hand from Naga Munchetty, BBC Breakfast anchor and author of It’s Probably Nothing, Rachel Burden, BBC Radio 5 Live’s breakfast host, journalist and mother of four, Dr Angela Wright, GP, acclaimed menopause specialist and sexologist of Spiced Pear Health fame and Sophie Attwood, Brand PR guru and author of Beautiful PR. WOW.

Be inspired by wise words and insight from these incredible women while celebrating those touched by ovarian cancer who will be taking to the catwalk to model some fabulous Summer looks brought to you by John Lewis. And to add an extra touch of glam, makeup will be professionally applied by John Lewis's Charlotte Tilbury team who will also be selling products on the night.

Expect lively, informative and honest chat as well as potentially life saving advice on the symptoms of ovarian cancer from Dr Charlotte Badescu, Trustee of the Dianne Oxberry Trust and ovarian cancer survivor.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival thanks to our hosts on the night - Grub @ On the 7th and a delicious slice of NYC style pizza kindly provided by Nells at Media City.

And don’t miss our raffle on the night, lots of fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Secure your place on this in-demand event now, don't miss out.

Someone dies every two hours from ovarian cancer in the UK. The Dianne Oxberry Trust is a North West based charity raising awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer because early diagnosis saves lives. We aim to help people spot the symptoms so they can inform their GP as early as possible. All proceeds from ticket sales and money raised on the night will go to the Dianne Oxberry Trust so we can continue to spread the word about the symptoms to look out for and help keep families together.
