This faith-rooted wellness experience invites you to move your body, reflect on your journey, and nourish your soul in a supportive, spirit-led environment. Guided by founder Monique Hickman, the Move, Reflect & Nourish workshop combines empowering movement, restorative journaling, and a hands-on culinary session that celebrates gratitude, healing, and gentle renewal.

Info: Every Bold & Brave gathering begins the same way — with presence. As guests arrive, they’re greeted with warmth, intention, and a reminder that this is a safe and sacred space to simply be. You’ll check in, connect, and settle your spirit as soft music fills the room.

Info: Our movement session is designed to unlock joy, release stress, and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm. Think less choreography, more flow — a blend of dance, stretch, and embodied prayer. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or a total beginner, this is about expression, not perfection.

Info: This is the heart of the experience — a guided reflection and conversation using the Trauma Report Card™ and Bold & Brave Reflection Deck. Inside the Brave Circle, women gather to speak truth, listen deeply, and rediscover their wholeness through faith and community. It’s part journaling, part healing circle, part revelation.

Info: Food becomes the final teacher in this hands-on Nourish Bowl Workshop. Together, we’ll build intentional bowls inspired by the season — vibrant, balanced, and deeply restorative. As you chop, mix, and plate, you’ll learn how nourishment is more than what’s on your fork — it’s how you feed your faith, your peace, and your purpose.
