This 90-minute upper body reset is designed to release tension in your neck, shoulders, chest, and arms—so your breath deepens, your body softens, and your mind finally exhales.
This is not a workout.
This is not talk therapy.
This is intentional, guided bodywork paired with calming breathwork to help your system downshift and reset.

What You’ll Experience
This class focuses on the upper body, where stress, posture, and daily life tend to live the longest.
You’ll be guided through:
• Self-directed myofascial release to improve mobility and relieve deeply held tension in the shoulders, chest, arms, and upper back
• Gentle, intentional breathwork to calm the nervous system, support relaxation, and help your body actually receive the work
• A slow, grounded pace designed to help you feel lighter, more open, and more at ease when you leave
You don’t need prior experience. Everything is guided and optional.

Led by Dr. Savannah Torrez, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, and Breathwork Facilitator.
This class blends clinical expertise with nervous system–informed care—bridging the gap between traditional bodywork and restorative, somatic practices in a grounded, accessible way.

Water, a blanket, pillow, and eye mask if you’d like. All myofascial tools are provided. I do have extra blankets and eye masks.
