How would a different world feel in your body?
A monthly Deep Dive into holistic body practices.
I have lots of questions these days. Well, always — but the state of the world makes me question things even more. What I’m curious about right now, and what I’d love to invite you to explore with me, is how we can connect to the body as a place where this unquestionably broken and yet so so beautiful world is felt, experienced, shaped, and imagined.
Can we become more aware of how our bodies participate in current ways of being — how they are shaped by the systems and environments we live in? And can we let our felt sense guide us toward imagining and trying out what could be possible?
Through somatic movement, improvisation, contact improvisation, and expressive arts (drawing and writing), we move between noticing what is already present and inviting curiosity toward what could be possible.
This workshop is part of a series. You can attend each workshop independently, but together they form a loose arc from orientation to imagination.
Come as you are. This workshop is open to anyone living in a body in this day and age. You are welcome to bring your notebook.

About the facilitator
Eszter Kalóz is a dancer, holistic dance-movement pedagogue, somatic movement facilitator, and yoga teacher based in Berlin. She shares her offerings and ongoing inquiries under the name Bodyfulness.
Her work is dedicated to supporting personal and collective transformation through embodied practices, drawing from dance pedagogy, dance and body-therapeutic approaches, and holistic movement methods. Her teaching style is sensitive, caring, and playful.
What she offers is influenced by an ongoing research into her own body-mind and therefore has a constantly evolving form. She focuses on cultivating awareness and creating spaces where whatever is present can come to the surface.
