About this Event
Take sessions to develop weekly routines of balance, determination, strength and movement. Le Cabinet Noire offers free parking and small class sizes.
No outside shoes are allowed past the entryway ( must remove shoes and place on shoe rack)
All equipment and high touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between classes. Hand sanitizer, alcohol and disinfectant wipe are readily available through the duration of class.
Waivers must be signed for all classes, especially pole/aerial
Mats are available at no cost OR participants may bring their own mat
