What to expect:
For 2 hours time, you’ll jump, shake, sweat, and flow through movement that’s guided by sensation, rhythm, and expression rather than strict technique.
You will have the opportunity to open up your voice, free your body and enter ecstatic dance states, together with relaxation and mindfulness at the end.
Music You can expect sounds from various genres, mostly coming in waves, moving between faster upbeat songs to slower tracks meant to give a space for sensing the body and emotions.
What to bring with you?
- A water bottle
- A yoga mat or a blanket for the closing relaxation
- comfortable shoes for change, or socks for dancing (you can also be barefoot)
