In this Body Sync Series Session, Golden La Kali guides an experience of yogic movement to the rhythm of spoken word with a self-regulation tea offering to deprogram and reprogram the body to a self-regulated, aligned, and activated portal state to be used for divine purpose.

Every 'Body Sync' Session has a different intention and focus. This month we are syncing with the New Moon in Libra, embodying the balance of revolution and relationship. Isolation and integration, ying and yang, dark and light. To acknowledge our wholeness we have to be willing to invite both energies in and allow them to cohabitate.

After Tea & Yoga we will get to integrate our practice of revolution and relationship through community conversation in the beautiful space of Black Lotus Apothecary.
