📚 You’re Invited to the Body Respect Book Club 📚A space for community and conversation, free of diet talk and body shaming.
On the first Thursday of each month at 6:30, we’ll gather at @lot63ws to explore books that challenge weight stigma, honor body respect, and invite us to rethink how we care for ourselves and each other.
We'll be gathering Thursday, November 6th.
• Hosted by a therapist and registered dietitian who specialize in preventing and treating eating disorders
• Rooted in body liberation, celebrating all bodies
• Not a replacement for therapy or nutrition counseling, but a supportive space to learn and unlearn
