Imagine moving barefoot on green ground together, a morning sunlit sky arcing overhead, and a gentle warm breeze dancing across our skin.We are in a forest grove in High Park.
We are held by a 5Rhythms Wave of music, our breath, and by the sacred beauty of our surroundings.
This Spring and Summer we will once again come together to dance in High Park, using Silent Disco Headsets. We will let the 5Rhythms movement practice guide us into deeper connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
Pre-registration is required.
Silent Disco Headsets will be provided. All equipment will be sanitized between each use.

9:45am arrive, check-in, and receive your headset

*Tiered pricing is available so that those of us with more can share, and those of us who could use some support can receive it. When you register at the Supporting or Generosity rate, a portion of your registration fee is applied toward another dancer's reduced-rate spot. If a lower price will make the classes accessible for you, please register at the 'Supported' rate. If you know you want to dance regularly, and these prices are a barrier for you, please email me at [email protected] for a possible partial scholarship.
