In this weekend immersion, we’ll journey through the maps of 5Rhythms® and the gentle, powerful lens of Somatic Experiencing® to reconnect with the innate intelligence of the body.
Together, we will:
• Dance through the 5Rhythms — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — to awaken and express the full range of embodied emotion and experience.
• Explore foundational tools of Somatic Experiencing to build capacity, learn the language of sensation and befriend your unique nervous system with tenderness and care.
• Cultivate safety, presence, and curiosity as we deepen our relationship with our bodies — not as problems to fix, but as wise, feeling beings.
• Invite movement, stillness, sound, and silence as gateways to regulation, creativity, and connection.
This workshop is open to all bodies, all stories, all levels of experience. Whether you’re seasoned in the dance or new to somatic work, you are welcome.
