Body Love Workshop: Learn to reconnect with your body
Often we feel disconnected from our bodies due to stress, trauma, illness, or social pressures. This workshop offers gentle practices to help you reconnect to your body, feel safer in your body, and build a more kind and supportive relationship between you and your body in all stages of health and life. This workshop focuses on creating a neutral, compassionate relationship with your body. One that allows you to listen, respond, and care for yourself more gently. You’ll leave with simple tools to help you feel more at home in your body and more connected to yourself in everyday life.
Through guided facilitation, grounding practices, Reiki-based energy work, and a healing meditation, you’ll be supported in slowly rebuilding a sense of safety and trust within yourself. A workbook is included to help you reflect, integrate, and continue the practices after the workshop.

About Chelsea
Chelsea Gibson is the founder of Wild Rose Wellness, a holistic wellness practice rooted in over 13 years of experience. She is a Certified Life Coach and Grand Master Reiki Practitioner with training in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through Rhodes Wellness College and the University of Toronto. Chelsea is also a two-time international best-selling co-author whose work focuses on emotional healing, nervous-system support, and compassionate self-connection.
