About this Event
In this two hour session, Ruby will guide you through a series of breathing practices, movements, and postures that will aid you in improving your spinal proprioception and activate your intrinsic core. We’ll explore ways to stabilize your core in all three planes and journey through a series of movement patterns that can optimize your reflexes to help you gain more connected and integrated movement, all without having to crush your tissues or hold long painful stretches.
Whether you are a dancer, lifter, martial artist, climber, and/or a recovering mom, you’ll walk away with an actionable practice that you can incorporate into your day and use to prep your movement sessions.
