Info: As we glow under the black lights together, experience BODHI LOVE YOGA, a fusion of yoga, free movement, HIIT, and self love led by the founder, Rachel Dahlstrand Behn. We will begin by grounding ourselves, warming up the body, taking the heart rate up and down through a energizing and freeing flow while expressing ourselves, and end with relaxing stretches and savasana.
