Chicago Maritime Arts Center returns to Montrose Harbor again this summer offering a boating skills class during the week of August 12-16.About this Event
The class will offer training in boating safety, small boat handling (using rowing skiffs built by our students) knot tying, STEM skills related to boating, and basic marine ecology. Classes will be held daily Monday-Friday from 10-3pm and are open to girls and boys from 10-14. The capacity of the class is 16 students and half the slots will be reserved for children from CCYC families. Cost for the one week program is $400.
