Get ready to crawl, Kentucky! Join us for a celebration of books, community, and local flair during the annual Bluegrass Bookstore Crawl. We are bringing together independent booksellers from all over Central Kentucky to create a literary journey through the heart of the Bluegrass.
Whether you are looking for your next cozy mystery, a smutty romance, or a new children’s book, our local shops have something for everyone.
How to Participate
Get Your Passport: Pick up your official "Bluegrass Bookstore Crawl Passport" at your first stop.
Crawl & Collect: Visit as many of the participating bookstores as you can throughout the day. Get your passport stamped at each location for visiting!
Support Local: While not required, we encourage you to support these local gems with a purchase for an additional stamp.
Win Prizes: Upload your completed passport to the submission form to enter the prize drawings- 3 prize drawings, 3 ways to enter per store, 24 chances total
Event Highlights
Author Signings: Meet local Kentucky authors, including Kim Michele Richardson, at select locations.
Treats: Many stores will feature snacks and refreshments.
Giveaways: Special surprises and giveaways at select stores.
