Good news! Cap Ray Allen--whom you may know from his years in journalism, his traffic reportage, or his advocacy for the city of Holt and its people--will be speaking tonight. We've gotten word that Senate Candidate Mark Wheeler will need to reschedule tomorrow's event. If we want to be represented by someone who knows about navigating the challenges faced by working folks and families in our state--and we do--we gotta hold space for them to navigate their responsibilities.
