The Marian Anderson Museum invites you to join us as we kick off our 2025 performance season with a nod to our great Marian Andersons exposure to fellow artists and contemporaries in the 1920’s during the Harlem Renaissance when she gave performances and logged at the YMCA and YWCA in New York and Philadelphia. Though Marian Anderson performed Classically, she was inspired by fellow artists that she witnessed and would eventually befriend. You will experience an afternoon of rare Jazz Pieces Vocally and Instrumentally that haven’t often had the spotlight. WHEN: SATURDAY APRIL 26TH 2025
