Join us under the Blue Moon for guided movement, a deep immersion sound bath, and a community social at the historic Lumber Exchange! ✨
About this Event

Step out of the noise and into the sanctuary of this historic space. Join Mariah of Moonshine Healing & Brian of Sound Healing MN for an intentional late morning experience designed to reset your nervous system and foster genuine connection.

As we close Mental Health Awareness Month and gather under the rare energy of the May 31st Blue Moon, we invite you to ground yourself. This is a space to shed the overstimulation of daily life and reconnect with your roots and your community.

The Experience
  • 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM | The Grounding
We begin by arriving in our bodies. Through 15 minutes of gentle, guided movement, we will release physical tension, connect with the historic space, and ground ourselves in the present moment.
  • 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM | The Immersion
A 60 minute deep immersion sound bath. Using restorative frequencies and intentional resonance, this session is designed to soothe the nervous system and invite a state of profound relaxation.
  • 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM | The Social
An optional 45 minute window to linger, reflect, and connect. Enjoy our curated beverage bar and light refreshments.

Whether you are looking for deep meditative healing or simply an excuse to "feel again" in the company of others, you are welcome here.

Wear comfy clothes, bring a friend, and leave refreshed ✨

Intentional Themes

We hold these themes as the backdrop for our gathering:

  • Proactive Wellness: Honoring the close of Mental Health Awareness Month by prioritizing nervous system regulation.
  • Clarity & Release: Harnessing the rare and potent energy of the Blue Moon to let go of what no longer serves us.
  • Community Connection: Bringing people out of isolation and into shared, regulated experiences.

Registration & Investment

Tickets for this two hour experience are $55 (this price already includes taxes and fees).

We have a limited number of 2-for-1 BOGO tickets available!

We believe this practice should be accessible to our community. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to us directly. We are happy to work with you.

Logistics & Arrival

We want your arrival to be as stress free as the event itself!

  • Location: We are located on the 3rd Level of the Lumber Exchange.
  • Parking: We recommend the Midway Parking Ramp (attached to the AC Hotel on 5th Street). We will provide a validation ticket that reduces your total ramp fee to a discounted rate of $15.
  • Alternative Parking: Surface lots are available next to the Bob Dylan mural (daily rates apply).
  • Skyway Access: The building is fully accessible via the Minneapolis Skyway system.
  • What to Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, a small blanket, a pillow, and an eye mask since the space has natural daytime light. We will have a limited supply of mats and blankets available to borrow, but bringing your own ensures you are as comfortable as possible during the sound immersion.
