Licensed acupuncturist Suvini Jayasekera L.Ac will be offering optional ear seeding at the beginning of our gathering. Ear seeds are beads placed on specific acupressure points on the ear to support balance, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

We'll share a liver-restorative herbal tea, moon / astrology talk, guided meditation, reflection prompts, and community connection.
