This monthly women’s circle is a modern return to that timeless practice. A space to soften, reconnect with yourself, and be held in a supportive collective energy of presence, intuition, and feminine wisdom.
Together, we’ll move through gentle movement, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body. Through reflective journaling, intentional ritual, and meaningful connection, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you and create space for clarity, expansion, and deeper self-trust.
