When you donate more than $60, your donation will also go towards the attendance of someone else who may not be able to pay for this experience.

🏠 This ceremony will be held indoors, inside of the yoga studio at Craft Motions. Make your way inside and you may gather upstairs in the lounge if you arrive before I open the studio doors.

🤓 CEREMONY PREPARATION: Receiving plant medicine is a special, sacred, intimate, and powerful experience. Not only are you receiving "a plant," but you are also taking the spirit of the plant into your body - communing with it. In order to receive the plants and their spirits on a deeper and more impactful level, it is best to do so with clean bodies - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Take a few days to cleanse yourself out by only consuming and taking in things, foods, people, places, and experiences that are nutritional, beneficial, and high-vibrational for you. Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables (I even recommend going completely raw, even just for 48 hours). Drink more water than normal. Stay home instead of going to the party. What we experience in ceremony helps us to integrate dramatic life changes - start making the small changes now.
