Sound Immersions at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy are a yoga AND sound bath experience designed to get you breathing deeply, moving in fun and new ways, and relaxing in comfort.Join us as we move and breathe through an all-levels kundalini awakening flow practice led by Britta Nelson while Karen Tao fills the room with incredible sound vibrations.
We wrap up each gathering with an extended meditative savasana enveloped in instrumental sound crafted by Karen.

This offering is open and inclusive for ALL humans. Absolutely no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed and you don't need any fancy or special equipment.
