2:20p-2:30p - Intro to speakers, Schedule, Explain home tours
2:30p-3:00p - Lender talk (Pre-approvals, Down payment, etc.)
3:00p-4:00p - Tour community
4:00p-4:20p - Earnest money, Negotiations, etc.
4:20p-4:40p - Open discussion, Q&A
4:40p-4:55p - Closing (Finish bouquets, Take photos, etc)
