Blooming Happy Yoga will be accepting donations via cash and card on the day.
✨ABOUT THE CLASS✨
Blooming Happy Yoga will take you through this beginner friendly Yoga class where you’ll flow from one pose to the next, connecting movement with breath. You’ll work on your strength, balance and flexibility as well as practice mindfulness. No previous yoga experience required ?
Dogs are welcome and encouraged to come to this event! Please make sure if you bring your furry friend they are on leash and you clean up after them.
