About this Event
Bloom is a Junior League of Palo Alto-Mid Peninsula wellness retreat designed to resource women through an integrated approach to growth. Rather than asking women to do more, Bloom explores how informed self-trust, whole-person well-being and community support allow women to thrive without depletion.
The theme for this event is a continuation of the "Every Woman. All Things." campaign, which was launched by the Association of Junior Leagues International to reimagine life for women where the cost of showing up at the level we want to and in all the capacities we want to doesn't come at the expense of our own health and wellness.
At the center of Bloom is the belief that no single pathway sustains us. Just as a flower draws strength from many petals, this event weaves together five essential dimensions of balance: Connection, Insight, Restoration, Movement and Practice.
