Spring Awakening: A Women’s Cacao & Womb Ritual
As the seasons shift and the earth begins to bloom, this is your invitation to do the same.
Join us for a 3-hour sacred women’s ceremony honouring spring as a time of renewal, truth and embodied rebirth.
We will begin with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart gently and intentionally, before moving into a guided women’s yoga practice designed to connect you to your heart and womb space: grounding you deeply in your beautiful & unique body.
From this anchored place, we will enter into mirror work and shadow reflection. You will be guided to lovingly acknowledge the negative narratives and limiting beliefs you hold about yourself. These will be written down and offered into a fire releasing ritual: a symbolic shedding of the old.
From the ashes, we rebuild.
Through affirmation work, partner reflection and shared voice, you will rewrite those narratives into empowered truths. Speaking them aloud. Being witnessed. Letting them land in your nervous system and your bones.
We will close with journalling, integration, and a sharing circle: leaving grounded, open and aligned with the woman you are becoming this spring.
This is a space of safety, sisterhood and deep self connection.
(This circle will be held in the larger Fire Studio at Soulfire, giving us more space, full-length mirrors, and room for up to 12 women to move, breathe, and connect comfortably)
Spring is not just about blooming. It is about clearing what no longer belongs so you can rise fully.
