Blissful Blooming Mama’s Mini Retreat

Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but it also brings its challenges—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This 2.5-hour retreat is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and nurture yourself while deepening the connection with your baby. Whether you’re in the early stages or nearing your due date, this workshop will provide a peaceful space to focus on your self-care, ease any tension, learn best practices for your pelvic floor, bond with baby and prepare both your body and mind for the experience of birth.
Expect a calm, supportive environment where you can unwind, release stress, and leave feeling rejuvenated—physically and emotionally. Your nervous system will be soothed, and your mindset will feel more grounded and positive. Best of all, your baby (or babies) will sense the calm and love you are cultivating, creating a blissful experience for both of you.
What to Expect:
- 50-Minute Yoga & Pilates Class:
This class is designed to support you throughout pregnancy with a combination of yoga and Pilates. You’ll practice effective poses to prepare your body for the constant changes pregnancy brings, enhancing a feeling of well being as well as prepare for birth while incorporating breath techniques to calm the mind. We’ll also teach you how to use yoga props to make your practice more beneficial, comfortable and relaxing. - 15-Minute Blissful Relaxation:
After your practice, we’ll guide you through a gentle relaxation session to help you unwind and tune into your baby. This is your time to deeply relax and let go. - 25-Minute Women's Circle:
Enjoy complimentary tea and treats, ask any questions you may have, and engage in a Women's Circle focused on letting go of any fears or anxieties around pregnancy and birth. This practice of releasing fear is incredibly beneficial as you prepare for your journey into motherhood. - 40-Minute Yoga & Pilates with the Birth Ball:
Learn how to use the birth ball for both your practice and for comfort during labor. This segment will give you tools to prepare your body and mind for birth, helping you feel empowered and informed. - 20-Minute Deep Relaxation:
Finish with a guided relaxation session to help you release any lingering tension and fully relax your body and mind. You’ll leave the retreat feeling renewed, more connected to your baby, and better prepared for the beautiful journey ahead.

By investing in this time for yourself, you’re recharging your “superpowers” and radiating from the inside out.
Suitable for All Stages of Pregnancy
This retreat is welcoming to all expectant mothers, no matter how far along you are in your pregnancy. No prior yoga or Pilates experience is necessary.
