Intro to Reformer Four-Week Course
A deeper dive into the Pilates world
Welcome to this four-week Pilates Reformer course designed to ignite your interest and passion for Pilates and Reformer.
Over the next four weeks we'll uncover the pilates principles that make this way of moving so beneficial for your physical but also mental wellbeing. With just 8 people max per course book your place now!
Week One Friday 6.30pm - 7.45pm - Center
Learn about your spine, your deep core muscles that form your center your powerhouse. All moment begins from your centre and flows out to the limbs.
Week Two Friday 6.30pm - 7.45pm - Breathe
Diving deeper into the breathing that makes pilates so powerful and learn to connect and coordinate each movement with your breath
Week Three Friday6.30pm - 7.45pm - - Control
Each movement must be done with precision and control. This is even move important on the reformer as you begin to control the springs, straps, carriage.
Week Four Friday 6.30pm - 7.45pm - Flow
It's time to find your rhytm. You can now move with precision, control, power and in flow with your breath
Each session is 75 minutes in a safe, open, friendly space where there are no wrong questions. Arrive with an open mind and get ready to know and appreciate your body so much more.
