Glow Yin: You're led through a thoughtful and deeply relaxing flow of seated and reclined poses, some are held for 2-5 minutes to alleviate tension and stiffness in your back, hips, neck, shoulders, and hamstrings, restore mobility, and re-align your posture. Rest assured in Glow Yin you are always supported: the added comfort of yoga bolster, blankets and blocks help you melt away any fidgets, allowing you to sink deeper into your presence.

Glow SoundBath: As we settle into your final restorative pose, you will be showered with raw organic sounds, fostering a profound sense of wonder and peace. While you rest, the resonance envelops you, harmonizing the energies of your body, soothing your brain with alpha-theta brain waves, bringing deep relaxation, and promoting healing from within.

About our sound meditation facilitator, Natasha: comes from classical music education and is certified in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork with 12 years of experience, RYT 500. She weaves her own compositions into a hypnotizing musical flow, leading you through a sound journey with instruments following one another, and transporting you into a blissful parasympathetic state.
