Join us on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 as we flip the script in April to focus on the love of children's literature and film. Featuring acclaimed screenwriter Clint Murphy and kidlit scribe turned animated feature maven Debra Williams. Hosted by series artistic director Greg Frankson.
Our literary OPEN MIC kicks off our evening with words shared by local writers. The open mic is family-friendly; sign-ups begin onsite at 6:30 pm, before the show begins (5-min max per writer). Come early to get a spot!

BlackLit Durham is a bimonthly literary series produced by AfriCANthology Canada and presented in partnership with Ajax Public Library, What's Your Story - Author Services, and St. Francis Centre for Community, Arts, and Culture.
