Join us for the Black Women Writers Book Club November Meeting!
Meet other Black Women who are excited to explore the writings of Black Women writers at our in-person November Book Club Meeting on Saturday, November 2nd, at 1:00 PM. We are a group of Black Women who have been meeting since January. We are excited to gather at 6 'N The Morning', and open our group back up to more people. For this November meeting we will be reading Sisterhood Heal: The Transformative Power of Healing in Community by Joy Harden Bradford PhD, founder of the Therapy for Black Grils Podcast. The Black Women Writers Book Club is designed to celebrate, read, and discuss Black Women writers. This space is intended to help foster a community for Black Women in Cincinnati. This space is designed to be a safe space for Black Women to build community amongst themselves. This space is intended to be inclusive but not limited to ability, sexuality, spiritual beliefs, and class.
