Black South Bay + Ubuntu Wellness Contemplative Walk/Hike

This month, we're being intentional in movement. Black South Bay (BSB) is collaborating with Ubuntu Wellness of San Jose for a contemplative walk at Communications Hill. As a part of this hike, we'll make time for reflection. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to reflect quietly, journal, pray, or engage in a creative outlet that helps you process; feel free to bring what you need for that time. We'll also have a few moments for sharing, conversation, and a grounding exercise led by Bianca of BSB. The hope in having this space is for us to share in our heart for the healing of humanity. The path at Communications Hill offers an easy-level, family-friendly walk.
