Black South Bay Contemplative Walk

We need each other. Always, but especially in times like these. So, Black South Bay (BSB) is hosting another contemplative walk at Communications Hill. We'll take an easy stroll and end with a time of communal reflection. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to reflect quietly, journal, pray, or engage in a creative outlet that helps you process; feel free to bring what you need for that time. We'll also have a few moments for sharing, conversation, and a grounding exercise led by Bianca of BSB. The hope in having this space is for us to share in our heart for the healing of humanity. The path at Communications Hill offers an easy-level, family-friendly walk.

As always, please wear/bring sunscreen and water.
