With the powerful resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls and the grounding call of the didgeridoo - we’ll guide you inward, to the space where intention gives way to intuition and presence opens the path forward.

A Safe Space for Deep Rest & Healing. Our Sound Healing offerings are open to all, no experience needed. We do ask that all who join us come with the intention to co-create a respectful and supportive space. Because these sessions work with energy and altered states, we reserve the right to decline bookings if we feel someone’s participation may not be in the best interest of the group or themselves. 🧘♀️ What to Bring for Your Comfort:
• Yoga mat / something to lay on
• 2x blankets, one for under you and one to keep warm
• Pillow for your head
• Water bottle
Optional: eye mask or light scarf, and any personal crystals you'd like to cleanse and charge
✳️ Please note:
- Mats, blankets & bolsters are provided at the studio, but we suggest bringing your own for your hygiene.
- Prefer to sit? Bring a chair - low camping or reclining chairs work best.
⚠️ Not recommend during the first trimester of pregnancy.
😷 Please do not attend if you are sick or unwell.
🗣️ Please advise us if you have a pacemaker, stents or surgical implants.

- Ample street parking
- Oxfam Fair Trade, 5 King William St, Bayswater from 6pm onwards
- 5hr parking at 92 Railway Parade or off Coode St, Bayswater
