Join us for a day all about health, mindset, and community! This in-person event is designed to empower Black men to take charge of their wellness in a supportive, relaxed environment. Expect inspiring talks, fun activities, and real conversations focused on mental, physical, and emotional health. Come through, connect with others, and celebrate taking care of YOU!

Please park near the dental office which is located in the back dock area near Dana Ave. Side of the building. Follow the driveway to the parking area. After parking, walk towards the right side of the building away from the dental office to the walkway. See double doors at the end of the walkway. Call 513-332-3100 when you arrive to be let in the building.
