Black Kids Do Yoga IRL - Memphis, TN

The Black Kids Do Yoga IRL Tour is a campaign presented by Our Family's Doing Yoga for children ages 5 -12. It is a series of events premiering in St. Louis, Dallas, Memphis and Atlanta.

Every BKDY IRL event is an experience designed for Black kids to practice yoga in a safe environment amongst their peers. Children will engage in several mindfulness activities, yoga poses, movement and a unique sound bath meditation led by instructors that resemble them.

There will be light refreshments, special giveaways and lots of fun.
