About this Event
This workshop will focus on the actions, behaviors, and practices in the workplace that contribute to exclusive environments.
With a combination of group discussion, team building, and instructional learning, participants will better understand how to build and maintain an inclusive work culture and have an overall improved confidence in how to engage in difficult conversations about bias.
Learning Objectives
1. Understanding the definition and impact of implicit bias & microaggressions
2. Identifying personal biases and their potential influence on decision-making.
