Event Description: In the spirit of our 2024 theme "Empowered for Change - Building a Better Future Together," Habee Hamilton will deliver the empowerment session Self Awareness and Acceptance

It's a reflective exploration of emotional intelligence, understanding personal strengths and weaknesses, and recognising individual values and beliefs. This session offers a safe space for judgement-free discussions, emphasising the critical role of mental wellness, emotional regulation, and informed decision-making in one’s life.
