Monday 20 May 2024, WBS at The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG
This event brings together researchers, people managers and business, policy and healthcare stakeholders to share cutting-edge evidence on:
- ‘what might work’ in assisting employers to manage mental health in the workplace;
- good practice in implementing and evaluating workplace wellbeing strategies;
- and how a range of workplace strategies to enhance job quality can produce benefits in both mental health and productivity.
The event is designed to be of interest to HR practitioners and people managers, occupational health and wellbeing stakeholders, policymakers and researchers with an interest in promoting both employee wellbeing and performance through evidence-informed workplace practice.
Join us for either or both of our morning and afternoon sessions and a networking lunch. Engage with our discussions on:
- how mental health investments made by employers can contribute to employee wellbeing and productivity performance;
- how the principles of Supported Employment – a model of employment support typically supporting non-working individuals with health conditions or disabilities to move into employment – can be adapted to support people managing a range of conditions in the workplace;
- how managers and stakeholders can evidence the benefits and productivity gains associated with effective workplace wellbeing interventions;
- and what policy makers and public agencies can do to support improvements to mental health in the workplace.
