Call for Vendors: Black History Fair

Murray Language Academy proudly invites vendors to participate in our Black History Fair.
Join us for a vibrant celebration of culture, history, and community.

Non-Food Vendors

• $50 for one day
• $90 for both days (must commit in advance)

Food Vendors

• $75 for one day
• $150 for both days

• Food and sanitation license (for food vendors)
• Proof of liability insurance listing Murray Language Academy
• No onsite cooking permitted
• Bring your own trash can

• Vendors must bring their own 6 ft x 6 ft table and chair
• Vendors must provide their own signage or banner
• Tablecloth colors must be one of the following:
  Gold, Green, Red, Yellow, or Brown

• Connect with families and community members
• Support and celebrate Black history and culture
• Promote your business in a positive, educational environment

Info: Set up, and start greeting guests by 4:00. Start breaking down no later than 6:45pm.

Info: Community members come back for a 2nd day. Break down no later than 5:45pm.
