lack Engineers of Canada (BEC) is proud to invite you to the BEC National Conference 2026, taking place this August. This national gathering will convene Black engineers, technology professionals, students, industry leaders and strategic partners from across Canada and beyond for a dynamic and purpose-driven experience.
Anchored in BEC’s mission to advance equity, excellence and opportunity within engineering and technology, the conference will spotlight innovation, leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship and career advancement. Together, we will celebrate the achievements and contributions of Black engineers, elevate emerging and diverse talent and examine the future of engineering and technology in Canada through the lens of inclusion and impact.
Featuring keynote addresses, thought-provoking panel discussions, interactive workshops, and curated networking opportunities, the BEC National Conference is designed to foster meaningful connections, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. The event honours the trailblazers who have paved the way while equipping the next generation of leaders with the tools, confidence and vision to lead with purpose and drive sustainable change across industries.
