About this Event
Welcome to Black Culture Club MCR, Sunday: Sessions, where art meets wellbeing 🎨 🌱
Join us at our first meet-up at The Whitworth Art Gallery where we will be visiting John Lyons: Carnivalesque exhibition; a series of vibrant paintings, drawings and poetry capturing Trinidadian folklore & mythology.
Afterwards relax in the Whitworth Cafe, socialise over a cool drink or coffe, and get creative by making art inspired by the exhibition led by an artist, while taking in the tranquil garden views. No art experience required you'll be in a fun chilled and welcoming environment.
