Trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the first time can feel intimidating - so we designed the perfect entry point.
Join us at Moyo BJJ for a free, beginner-friendly intro class where you’ll learn the foundational movements, build real confidence, and get a feel for the culture of the gym - all in a supportive, zero-ego environment.
This is not a fight class.
This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop built specifically for people who’ve always been curious about BJJ but never tried it.
In this 60–75 min session, you’ll:
- Learn the basic movements that make BJJ safe and approachable
- Practice simple techniques with a partner (totally beginner pace)
- Build body awareness, confidence, and stress-relief skills
- Meet the instructors + community
- Get access to a free 1-week trial if you want to continue afterward
