BITTER BELIEF

Bitter Belief is a Perth Veteran, who is widely recognised as one of the most prolific lyricists in the Australian Hip Hop community. As a proud member of the legendary Syllabolix crew, he has been active and releasing classics for nearly 20 years. Bitter is known to have a very diverse style and a skill set that has consistently improved over his time in the industry. His latest album 'Sweet Surrender' dropped in May 2025 with resounding success.

Rock The Block captures the raw energy and creativity that defines Sydney’s Hip Hop identity. These events combine open-mic Cyphers, Emcee sets, DJs, Beatmakers, Breakers and Graffiti Writers, proudly representing all four elements of the culture.

More than performance nights, Rock The Block has evolved over seven years into a cultural meeting point for MCs, producers, DJs, and creatives across Sydney. Offering consistent opportunities for networking, artist development, and community connection, supporting local talent and strengthening the city’s independent Hip Hop scene.

Hosted by Izzy n The Profit and supported by local artist Sole Option, live beat productions from Mumbles, Djs Maniak and Jimmy The Hand, and showcases from Beatbox Australia, breaker crews, and a live mural painted by the legendary artist Mistery.
