And one of the hardest parts of transformation is finding spaces, and people, where you feel safe enough to arrive as you are becoming.
In a world that constantly pulls attention outward, and asks women, especially, to keep giving, adapting, and evolving, it can feel rare to find a space where you can simply be.
Bites & Belonging is a thoughtfully guided experience designed for women navigating growth, transition, or change, and longing for deeper connection, reflection, and community.
Together, we will explore themes with depth and curiosity: change vs transformation, belonging, discernment, what nourishes us versus what depletes us, stress awareness, self-acceptance, and emotional nourishment. And especially, how to create space for ourselves amidst the noise of everyday life.
All we ask is that you arrive with no specific questions, or predetermined answers. Let the real conversations, reflective prompts, shared insights, laughs and bites, show you the inner truth awaiting to be heard.
This is an afternoon curated just for you. For you to reconnect, to feel supported, and to remember what it feels like to be truly seen and accepted as you are.
