About this Event
Homecoming. A Sacred Return to Self. Prenatal Yoga & Group Coaching for Black Moms and Birthing People
You were never meant to journey through pregnancy alone. This workshop is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself and your community.
In this two-hour in-person experience, you’ll be guided through grounding meditation, group coaching and an empowering yoga practice all designed to help you move from feeling isolated and anxious to connected, calm, and confident about your next chapter. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to create the supported postpartum season you deserve, rooted in joy, rest, and community care.
Expect gentle movement, honest conversation, and brave space to be fully seen and supported.
